Kunene Village Rest Camp

This rest camp is situated 2km from Opuwo, the capital of Kaokoland. The camp offers a combination of Bungalow and camp sites. The camp sites are grassed and can accommodate up to 4 tents and have ablution facilities with a flushing toilet and showers. The two person self contained bungalows have hot showers and flushing toilets, each bungalow also has a shaded veranda.

The restcamp is ideally located just outside Opuwo, the regional capital of the Kunene Region and is a perfect place from which to explore the remote north west of Namibia.

How do I get there?

The restcamp is situated 2 km west of Opuwo on the Opuwo-Etanga road (3703 gravel). Look out for the signposts.
