Alte Brucke
Swakopmund - Namibia
Alte Brücke is situated near, and gets it's name from an old bridge. It is within walking distance of the beach, near the national Aquarium, and only10 minutes walk from Swakopmund town centre, with it's banking and medical facilities, shops, and good range of restaurants and bars. It is an ideal place for those travellers and families who prefer to be by the beach, but still not too far from the action!
As this is a self-catering, bed and breakfast establishment, there is no restaurant or bar, but the nearby Tiger Reef Beach Bar, The Tug, The Lighthouse and The Napoli Tana, (grill and pasta) are all recommended by Alte Brucke for meals and refreshments. There is a beautiful garden to chill out and relax in.
There is Internet Wi-Fi connection, disabled access, secure off-road parking and a laundry service.
Functions and conferences for between 80-90 people can be catered for. It has the added attraction of having it's own fully-licensed bar. This is the perfect venue for small corporate and business meetings and seminars, weddings, birthdays, group lunches and dinners.
