Arebbusch Travel Lodge is situated just south of Windhoek on the B1, and is set on the banks of the river of the same name. Although the lodge is within the city's municipal limits, it's setting within the natural surroundings of the veld, make it an ideal destination for the business traveller and tourist alike. Many of their guests prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle of city life, whilst still being only 10mins drive away from the capital's shopping centres, banking and medical facilities, airport and main attractions.

Facilities at the lodge include a 24 hour reception, restaurant, bar, swimming pool, generator set, laundry service, airport and town shuttle service, and a wireless internet access point at the restaurant. Their boundary is protected by an electrical fence, complete with a main gate sentry and a 24hr patrolling guard system.

The restaurant is open to both the public and its guests, 7 days a week, from 06h30 until 22h00. All meals are served from their quality 'a la carte' menu, as well as their popular buffet style fare.

Accommodation is in a combination of standard (single and double), budget (single and double), self-catering chalets (single, double, triple or 4 bed large), and a luxury cottage with 6 beds.

• Standard rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, DSTV hotel package, telephone, fridge, linen and en-suite bathroom.
• Chalets are equipped similarly to the standard rooms but also include a stove, crockery and braai facilities.
• The budget rooms utilise the camping ablution facilities

Arebbusch Travel Lodge - a member of the Hospitality Association of Namibia - has extensive conference and function facilities, housed in 5 air-conditioned halls, with seating arrangements for up to 500 people. There is ample undercover parking areas, a wide-range of presentation aids, as well as a full catering service, that includes a selection of suitable buffet options.

The lodge, with it's dry, meandering river, is home to a wide variety of indigenous bird species. It is a great spot for nature lovers and bird watchers alike to relax and unwind, whilst admiring the scenic views of the Auas and Khomas Mountains.

Arebbusch Travel Lodge is off Auas Road in southern Windhoek, the extension of the B1 coming from the south. Turn west at the traffic lights at the junction of Auas and Sean McBride Roads just north of the Truck Port. The entrance is immediately on your right hand side.
