The Bay View Hotel is a family run hotel, situated in the centre of the town of Luderitz.It is close to all of the town's amenities, and is within walking distance of the new waterfront complex.

The lodge has a private bar, 'a la carte' restaurant, braai area, swimming pool, laundry service and secure parking. There is also a wireless Internet facility in the 24hr reception. It is wheelchair enabled and pets are permitted by prior arrangement.

The Bay View Hotel is renowned for their seafood platters, which include local produce such as lobster, oysters, kingklip, monkfish, hake, calamari, and smoked salmon. Also on the menu is prime beef steaks, pork, chicken and lamb dishes. The hotel also caters for vegans and vegetarians.
