Mahangu Safari Lodge is beautifully situated next to the Mahangu National Park in the western Caprivi region of north east Namibia. It is a convenient stop en-route to or from Maun and the Okavango Delta in Botswana or Victoria Falls (Zambia or Zimbambwe). If you can, take a morning game drive to make the most of your stay since Mahangu National Park is beautiful park in its own right.

The thatched lodge is built among jackalberry trees and wild date palms. The main dining area with bar and living room is under a thatched lapa with a view of the Okavango river, while accommodation is in double bed bungalow units.

Each bungalow is equipped with 220v electricity, light, hot and cold water, filtered water, an air-cooling system, a shower, toilet and washbasin. Also, the beautiful Popa Rapids are only 12 km away. Mahangu Safari Lodge offers a game drive to Mahango and the West Caprivi National Park, boat trips on the Okavango River as well as fishing excursions.

Mahangu is a good overnight for self drive visitors on holiday in Namibia.
