The Sea Breeze Guest House, a bed and breakfast establishment in Swakopmund has been under new ownership since 1st March 2009. It is situated close to the beach front, (not actually on the ocean), but guests have a wonderful view of the sea from the breakfast room. Still one of the most tastefully decorated establishments in Namibia, the new owners, Charlotte and Bennie, offer their own take on what there is to see and do in the town.
There is a guest lounge, with DSTV satellite television, secure parking and an Internet connection in the office, that guests are welcome to use. A delicious breakfast of tea/ coffee, cereals, toast, bacon and eggs, is the only meal served here, but there are a wide variety of restaurants and bars in the town. (A popular dinner time excursion is to the 'Wreck' restaurant in Beach Lodge, (Links) 2kms away).
Accommodation comprises of 9 rooms. They are beautifully furnished with dark mahogany furniture and extra length beds. There are single, double and for guests wishing for extra privacy, there are 3 self-catering units, with fully-equipped kitchenette and en-suite bathrooms. All rooms have a TV, tea/coffee station and an in-room safe.
Seabreeze Guest House has a relaxed garden atmosphere. There are many activities to see and do in and around the Swakopmund area including a transport museum, the National Marine Aquarium, a Crystal Gallery and bird and dolphin watching. (The Greek translation for a dolphin is a 'fish with a womb' and they are closely related to whales and porpoises).

Directions:
Take the C34 north out of Swakopmund in the direction of Henties Bay. At the first traffic circle turn left on to Vrede Rede Avenue. Continue to the end of this road and then turn right on to Fischreiner. After crossing Flamingo Street, turn left on to Turmalin. Sea Breeze Guest House is at 48 Turmalin Street on your left.
