The Sea Side Hotel is a new hotel right on the sea front, and only a 4km scenic drive from Swakopmund. This is an ideal out-of-town destination for business people, a family holiday, or for the tourist looking for a place right next to the ocean, with it's beautiful coastal walks along the extensive sandy beaches.

Facilities at the hotel include a restaurant, and the bar is the only designated smoking area in the hotel. There are 2 guest lounges, 1 upstairs and the other next to reception. The swimming pool is part of the Spa, and there is a free Wi-Fi Internet access and connection, (in each room, the restaurant and conference rooms) disabled access, secure parking and a laundry service. Children are welcome here and there are high-chairs, cots and a babysitting service.

Wining and dining at SeaSide is a pleasurable experience, and visitors to Swakopmund as well as in-house guests are frequent visitors. A variety of tasty meals are available throughout the day. The extensive menu includes a wide variety of specialties, including seafood, steaks and pasta dishes, all served in the 130-seater, air-conditioned restaurant. No meal is complete without being complemented by a glass of wine, and diners can select their own vintage in the basement, as well as an after-dinner cigar, cognac or night cap. In front of the restaurant, there is an open area for functions, catering for up to 500 people.

The Conference Centre is located upstairs on the 2nd floor. It can seat up to 200 delegates and is equipped with air-conditioning and a suitable selection of audio and visual equipment.

Accommodation is in either 20 spacious double rooms and 4 suites, in a combination of single, double and luxury rooms.

• There are 2 suites on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor, each facing the sea and the sunset. Each of the 4 suites has 2 televisions, 1 in the lounge (with DVD player) and 1 in the bedroom.
• Each luxury room faces the sea and the sunset, and has direct access to the beach.
• Every room/suite is also equipped with an en-suite bathroom, (with corner bath, shower, toilet and bidet) built-in fireplace, lounge area and kitchenette, sea-view, air-conditioning and room service is available until 23h00. Families are welcome to stay in 2 double rooms, with an inter-linking door between them.
