The Village Courtyard Suites are a unique urban renewal concept, located near the Central Business District of Windhoek. Internet access is through Wi-Fi connection cards, and bed and breakfast vouchers are supplied for the nearby Fresh N' Wild restaurant.

• Double Rooms: There are 7 double rooms all equipped with en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, a kitchenette, (with fridge and mini-bar, kettle, microwave and catering utensils), DSTV bouquet, tea/coffee station, separate lounge and dining areas and a work station.
• Family suites: These 2 luxury suites are for 4 persons. They have similar facilities to the double rooms.

Other facilities include a laundry and concierge services and baggage storage. Children of all ages are welcome, but unfortunately The Village Courtyard Suites are not equipped for wheelchairs.
