This tour visits Sossusvlei, the mysterious ghost town of Kolmanskop, near Luderitz and Namibia's famous Fish River Canyon.
This tour departs from Windhoek every Tuesday.

| 1 | Depart at. 09H00 from your Hotel in Windhoek via the scenic Spreetshoogte Pass to the luxurious Namib Naukluft Lodge to arrive for lunch; Pm enjoy the open spaces of the surrounding desert landscape, go for walks in the vicinity and join a scenic 'sundowner'-drive to the ' Marble Mountains'. | 2 | Early morning rise for your excursion by 4x4 vehicle to the spectacular Sossusvlei area, where some of the highest dunes in the world are found. Visit the rugged Sesriem Canyon before you return to the Lodge. Spend the afternoon at leisure . Accommodation at Namib Naukluft Lodge |
| 3 | Today we carry on further to the southern parts of Namibia along the Namib Naukluft Park to the guestfarm DABIS; Learn about the karakul sheep farming and get to know a farmers lifestyle at Dabis guestfarm (or alternatively Sinclair Guestfarm) |
| 4 | Travel further south to the historic harbour-town Lüderitz. Short city orientation and time for shopping; Alternatively explore the various desolated bays around Lüderitzbucht. Accommodation at the Nest Hotel in Lüderitz |
| 5 | Visit the abandoned mining town Kolmanskop and carry on via Aus and Seeheim to the second largest canyon in the world - the Fish River Canyon; explore the surrounding wilderness area on foot and enjoy the magnificent vistas of the Canyon. Accommodation at Canyon Lodge or Canyon Roadhouse |
| 6 | Departure back to Windhoek (650km) with a sightseeing stop at the quivertree forest near Keetmanshoop; picnic lunch en route; Arrival after the 700 km journey back in Windhoek in the early afternoon. |
