This safari combines camping and accommodation and visits some of the highlights of Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe. Among the places visited on this safari are Victoria Falls, Sossusvlei in the Namib Desert, Etosha National Park and Botswana's world famous Okavango Delta.

Day 1&2
|
Your guide will meet you at the International Airport in Windhoek and you will spend a few hours in the capital of Namibia, for exchanging money and last minute shopping. We depart from Windhoek to Sesriem Camp Site via Spreetshoogte Pass and Solitaire. We will visit Sossusvlei renowned for its gigantic dunes, these star-shaped mountains of sand, the highest of which are estimated to be about 325 m (some of the highest sand dunes in the world), are a sought-after topic for artists and photographers. You can see desert wildlife such as Oryx, Springbok, Ostrich, Mountain Zebra and Black Backed Jackal. 2 nights camping |

Day 3&4
|
Leaving Sesriem we drive through the famous Namib Naukluft Park which covers 49.768 square km of desert savannah grassland, gypsum and quartz plains, granite mountains, an estuary lagoon, a canyon and huge drifting apricot-coloured dunes. We will visit the Kuiseb Canyon, Moon Landscape, Lichen Fields and the Welwitschia Plains, one of the oldest plant life form in the world. Stay over at Swakopmund, the resort town at the coast with many fine examples of German colonial architecture. 2 nights accommodated |

Day 5,6,7,8
|
Leaving Swakopmund, on our way along the coastline we visit Cape Cross seal colony. We proceed our journey due east into Damaraland. It fascinates with its unique geological, archaeological and biological phenomena. The next few days we will track the famous Desert Black Rhino and Desert Elephant. We will also visit the Organ Pipes and Twyfelfontein, which contains a veritable treasure house of rock engravings and paintings. This is probably the largest and most spectacular collection of its kind in Africa. 4 nights camping |

Day 9&10
|
Departing Damaraland we enter Etosha National Park where we will spend two days intensively game viewing and overnight at two of the three camps. Etosha National Park covers 22.270 square km and is one of the largest parks in southern Africa. The vegetation in the park varies from Dwarf Scrub Savannah and Grassland to Thorn Bush and Woodland Savannah. A total of 114 mammals are represented in the park, including several rare and endangered species such as the Black Rhino and the Black-Faced Impala. Etoshas elephants are reputed to be of the largest in the world and the bird life consists of about 340 species. 2 nights accommodated |

Day 11
|
Early morning we depart to the northern part of Namibia to Ngepi Rest Camp, situated on the banks of the Okavango River a welcome stopover for weary travellers. We will visit the Mahango Game Reserve (250 square km), which borders on the Okavango River. Characterised by reverie forests, broad flood plains, magnificent Baobabs and large herds of elephant and red lechwe, the Mahango is one of Namibias most diverse and interesting conservation areas. 1 night camping |

Day 12&13
|
We leave the morning for Botswana. For the next two days you are going to explore the Okavango Delta on Mokoros and boat cruises. A Mokoro is a hollow tree trunk that the local people use for transport. The Okavango Delta is a haven for animal and bird watching. While enjoying the beautiful surroundings we will camp at Makwena Lodge in the Delta. 2 nights camping |

Day 14
|
Leaving for Kalizo Lodge back in Namibia, we will go on boat cruises, bird watching, Tiger fishing and guided walks or just relax in the tranquil surroundings in the primaeval wilderness of the Caprivi. Kalizo is situated in the eastern Caprivi on the banks of the upper Zambezi River. Tiger fishing is very popular in this part of the Zambezi. 1 night camping |

Day 15&16
|
Early morning we leave for Chobe National Park, situated in northeastern Botswana. Chobe national Park covers about 11.000 square km and the Serondela region is famous for its huge elephant and buffalo population numbering in the thousands. We will camp at Serondela Camp Site situated on the banks of the mighty Zambezi. We will make a final effort to encounter more of the creatures Africa is famous for. Intensive game and bird viewing are our main objectives for our last two nights camping under the African stars. 2 nights camping |

Day 17&18
|
Our final drive leads us to the spectacular Victoria-Falls (the smoke that thunders) in Zimbabwe. The activities for the next day: you will have the choice between White Water Rafting on the legendary Zambezi River and Bungee Jumping with a height of 111 m. 2 nights accommodated |

Day 19
|
You will be transferred to the Airport for your flight back home, full of unforgettable memories. We have to say good-bye until we meet again |
