NamibRand Nature Reserve |
Meet your pilot at Windhoek (Eros airport) and set out on your scenic flight along the Naukluft mountains and the impressive Zaries Plateau to Wolwedans, situated in the heart of NamibRand Nature Reserve. On arrival you transfer to the Lodge and spend the rest of the morning at leisure before you enjoy a light lunch. After a siesta you’ll join an afternoon excursions returning to the lodge for sundown’s and dinner. Accommodation: Wolwedans Dunes Lodge (full board) |

NamibRand Nature Reserve |
Day safari on the unique NamibRand Nature Reserve. Travelling through the dunes, endless grassy plains and along mystical mountain formations, you could encounter large and small desert animals, learn about their unique habits and explore the ancient hunting spots of the Bushmen. Here in this land of stretching blue skies, endless plains and countless creatures enacting natures savagely exciting passion play, you will find beauty feeding your soul, tranquillity to clear your mind and space for your imagination to fly. Picnic lunch will be served en-route. Arrive at your private retreat in the late afternoon for sundown’s. After you have settled into your ‘home’ for two nights, it’s time to get dinner going. With all food being supplied (washed, chopped and ready for the pan/pot) cooking will be a relaxing break. Enjoy a three -course candlelight dinner under a blanket of stars. NamibRand Nature Reserve |
Another day awaits you at Wolwedans. Enjoy a relaxed day at Private Camp and revel in the incredible landscape around you. Afford yourself a day of pure relaxation i.e. going for a walk, dozing in the hammock or browsing through the library. Accommodation: Wolwedans Private Camp (full board, self service) Activity: This morning would lend itself to a hot-air balloon excursion. Soar over the desert silently during sunrise and observe the varied geology, fauna and flora from a bird eye’s view, before enjoying a sumptuous Champagne breakfast at the landing spot. Scenic drive back to Private Camp arriving in time for lunch. |

Windhoek |
Awake in the pristine desert dawn and soak in the atmosphere and landscape from your bed whilst enjoying early morning tea. After breakfast at leisure you are transferred to the airstrip to bid Wolwedans farewell and commence your return flight to Windhoek (Eros) where you will arrive at noon (12h00). |
