A comprehensive set of camping equipment including spacious
two-man tents, comfortable chairs with a backrest, thick foam
mattresses with a removable, washable sheet, a coolbox with ice
for cooling drinks and a well stocked first aid kit.
The services of a trained, professional, English-speaking
safari guide.
Excluded:
Alcohol, soft drinks or bottled mineral water (available
to buy almost everywhere en-route).
Sleeping bags. We find that most people are happier bringing
their own. If you do not have one we can hire you one for an
extra N$ 5 per day.
Meals are provided as per individual itinerary and are stated
on the itineraries themselves.
All optional activities and excursions.
Visas, tips, spending money and all other items of a personal
nature.
Departure Dates:
Safaris depart from Windhoek every Saturday.
From June through September there is an additional departure
on Wednesdays.

Bookings and Cancellation:
A safari can only be booked once a non-refundable
15% deposit has been paid and a signed booking form has been received
by us. Full payment is required at least 30 days before departure.
Cancellations are subject to the following fees; one month to
seven days - 50% refund. Less than seven days - no refund.
