Included:

• All of your transport is in a four wheel drive vehicle.
• National Park entrance and conservancy fees.
• Accommodation (camping, sharing).
• Three meals a day as per individual itineraries with vegetarian food always available.
• A comprehensive set of camping equipment including spacious two-man tents, comfortable chairs with a backrest, mattresses and a well stocked first aid kit.
• The services of a trained, professional safari guide.

Excluded:

• Alcohol, soft drinks or bottled mineral water.
• Sleeping bags. We find that most people are happier bringing their own. If you do not have one we can hire you one for an extra N$ 5 per day.
• Meals are provided as per individual itinerary and are stated on the itineraries themselves.
• All optional activities and excursions.
• Visas, tips, spending money and all other items of a personal nature.
• Personal travel insurance.

Bookings and Cancellation:

A safari can only be booked once a non-refundable 15% deposit has been paid and a signed booking form has been received by us. Full payment is required at least 30 days before departure. Cancellations are subject to the following fees; one month to seven days - 50% refund. Less than seven days - no refund.
