This four day fresh water angling safari gives you the chance to fight the mighty tiger fish of the Zambezi River. Ichingo Chobe River Lodge is situated on Impalila Island in the Caprivi. We can offer this package including a return flight from Windhoek but we can also alter the safari to be part of a self drive safari around Namibia. We are also happy to custom make the safari to fit with the amount of days you have available.

Arrive at Ichingo Chobe River Lodge where you will be accommodated in luxury Meru style tents overlooking the magnificent Zambezi and Chobe rivers. In the afternoon you have the option of either relaxing at the Lodge or fishing for Tiger fish or Bream on the river where our experienced guides will assist and introduce you to a unique fishing experience.

Fish for the legendary tiger fish, equipped with its extraordinary large tail and with its specialized bone structure that allows it to accelerate like a rocket and hit your bait like no other fish of equal size. Try your hand at fly fishing for bream, including the yellow bellied, thin face and hump back. You could try to target a barbel, here they can weigh up to 15 kg. Accommodation with full board |
