From the ringing stones we will hike into the endless rock canyons at the banks of the Swakop river and at all times expecting the most unsuspected, like finding some tourmalines or just some normal crystal hidden amongst the rocks or in caves. Some parts of the desert will remind you of movies you have seen about the moon. Tonight we will stay over in one of the canyons with a stunning view at sunset over the desert plains (B, L, D). |

Today the hike will take us up to the oasis Goanikontes, where we can rest our legs in a cold rock water pool, after which we will hike down the dry Swakop river towards the coast line past some ruins left behind by the colonialist history of the country. Camp will be made under the starlit sky in the desert (B, L, D). |

On the final day the hike will take us via the small moon landscape back to the base, just before lunch time (B). |
