Arrive at Kalizo Lodge where you will be accommodated in rustic thatched rooms overlooking the magnificent Zambezi River. You may wish to relax in the pool to cool off after your trip or enjoy an ice cold beer in our well stocked 'Silumba Bar' until lunch is served in the Lodge restaurant at 13h00. In the afternoon you have the option of either relaxing at the Lodge or fishing for Tiger fish or Bream on the river where our experienced guides will assist and introduce you to a unique fishing experience. On your return to the Lodge and after a welcome hot shower you can enjoy refreshing sundowners whilst watching the spectacular sunset from the Makoro lapa at the waters edge in front of the Lodge. After dinner wihich is served at 20h00 if not exhasted from the day's events and ready to retire to bed you can relax in the T.V lounge or enjoy drinks at the bar. |

After an early wake-up call and a hot shower coffee and rusks will be served in the Makoro lapa before your departure by boat to our tented bush camp approximately 30km downstream from the Lodge. En-route to the camp your guide will afford you opportunity to fish all the 'prime spots' fro Tiger fish and Bream and you can be assured of plenty of action. On your arrival at the bush camp you will be served a hearty brunch after which you will spend the rest of the day on the river testing your skills against the mighty tiger fish or fishing fro the eight sought after angling species of bream which abound in the Upper Zambezi River. On your return to camp in the late afternoon and after a hot shower you can relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity whilst watching the sun set over the mighty Zambezi. The evening is spent around a log fire enjoying drinks and reflecting on the days events whilst dinner is prepared. |

After coffee and rusks and an early start your guide3 will take you to 'Tiger waters' renown for catches of big tiger fish and the morning will be spent fishing until your return to camp for brunch. The rest of the days activities will be same as the previous day enjoying the riverine scenery, the multitude of bird species, crocodiles and hippo's and of course the fantastic fishing and spectacular sunset. |

After breakfast depart from the bush camp and enjoy a leisurely morning fishing the river en-route to Kalizo Lodge in time for lunch. After a final afternoon spent on the river fishing and a delicious dinner in our restaurant you can relax in the 'Silumba Bar' to relate your experiences of the monsters that got away. It is a fact that more fish are lost in the 'Silumba Bar' than in the Zambezi. |
